Application Notes: Fluorogenic substrate for caspase-3. Fluorescence is magnified by caspase-3 dependent cleavage of AMC (7-amino-4-methylcoumarin). Excitation and emission wavelengths of 340~380 nm and 450~460 nm respectively. Used for assaying caspase-3 activity.
